Return Policy

RETURNS POLICY

 

We strive to deliver excellent customer service and customer satisfaction. Therefore if an exchange or refund is required please contact us first via email at be_london@outlook.com and shall inform you of the postal address to send your garment to.  Please consider the following:

Damaged/Faulty Goods: Please return the faulty goods (within 7 days) and we will exchange this item for you at no extra costs. All Items must be returned within 7 days from the date the order was received with your proof of purchase for any refunds or exchanges.

 Sizing: Items that are purchased at the wrong size can be exchanged however all costs must be covered by the customer. Therefore please consider size guide before purchase.

If for any other reason you are unhappy with your purchase please inform us via email at be_london@outlook.com and we will inform you of the postal address to return the items to as long as the item is returned in the condition with which it was originally delivered. Please send back the item in its original packaging and we will offer a full refund (not including postage costs). All Items must be returned within 7 days from the date the order was received with your proof of purchase for any refunds or exchanges.

Customers must first make arrangement for returns via email (be_london@outlook.com) before any returns are accepted.
Returns outside of Europe: The cost returns from international customers outside of Europe must be covered in full by the customers returning the unsuitable item(s).

*Please note: any orders shipped outside of the UK may be subjected to customs duties and fees imposed by the country of destination.
